Potential community biogas projects for Aceh were discussed in an exploratory meeting between AsiaBIO and the Samdhana Institute last June 19, 2009 at the Asia Biogas-Indonesia office in Jakarta. Possible projects discussed were biogas projects for cow farms and palm oil plantations. Present during the meeting were Neni Rochaeni Kadarjati, Samdhana Grants Manager; Bilal Rekha Pahlevi, Samdhana's Community Facilitator for Banda Aceh; and Irma Larona of AsiaBIO.
