The experience of AsiaBIO/PhilBIO in developing a community biogas project was presented during the International Conference on Sustainable Energy held at the Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) Campus in Bandung, Indonesia on June 16, 2009. AsiaBIO CSR Consultant, Irma Larona, presented a paper entitled, "Technology Adaptation: Communal Biogas System for Livestock Farming Communities". She discussed the case of the communal biogas project in Batangas City, Philippines.
