A coordination meeting between AsiaBIO and Mercy Corps was held on June 18, 2009 at the Mercy Corps office in Jakarta. The group discussed specific roles and activities for the proposed community biogas project at the Rumah Susun Penjaringan area in Jakarta. Representing Mercy Corps were Sean Granville-Ross, Country Director; Doddy Suparta, Infrastructure and Quality Control Advisor; and Indrawan Prabaharyaka, Research Assistant. The AsiaBIO team were represented by Arif Hasyim and Irma Larona. After the meeting, the group visited a Mercy Corps community biogas project in Cengkareng, West Jakarta.
